I bought this because I have always used Autoroute but the lastest reviews weren't very good for the new package.
I thought "you can trust the AA" - no chance - it is very slow to use, not very user friendly and you are not able to try to define a best route like Autoroute.
If you want a good route planner stick with Autoroute.

I was very disappointed in this , there are very few options to tailor the root to what you wont you can not put in way points or change your trip opens e.g. shortest ,quickest ,preferred ,I have an old copy of autoroute 2000 which is much better ,
It also crashes if you try to move the map round to fast

This is poor piece of software. I installed it and it crashed twice within the first 5 minutes. It has numerous other bugs. Sadly it is also lacking many of the features we have come to expect in such programs. On the plus side the directions are clear as is the map and I suspect that it would print both out OK, but before then I had given up trying to use it.
